Selling a Mid-South Home Buyers SFH

I am thinking about selling a MSHB SFH in 38109. Purchased and managed by the great folks at Mid-South Home Buyers. Its in a good area of Memphis.

Asking $155K for a 3/1, 1082 Sq ft renting for $1050/mo. Long term tenants never missed a payment, have been occupying the property since MSHB did their full renovation in 2023. I would sell to 1031 into something else in KCMO.

Would there be any interest in this property?

    There is quite a bit of multifamily inventory in KC right now.
