URGENT-Chicago: Need electrician + sewer scope referrals ASAP for two-flat

I need a licensed electrician ASAP to diagnose loss of power in a second-floor bedroom/bath, and a plumbing company that can perform a sewer camera inspection with a video + written report. 

Property is vacant and utilities are on.

Located in Chicago (South Side).

Appreciate any fast, reliable recommendations.

    Thanks, Aaron I appreciate it. For this deal, I really need a sewer scope with both video and a written report for documentation since it's FHA. If your contact can provide that, definitely let me know.
