Hi all, one of our family members owns a VRBO in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and are not satisfied with their current management company. I’m looking for recommendations for strong short-term rental managers in the Destin / Santa Rosa Beach / 30A area. Ideally, we’d like a manager with:

Good communication

Solid pricing strategy

Active marketing (not just “set it and forget it”)
