Looking investors/builders in LA
Any interested investors/builders? I own a double lot in the Hollywood Hills and recently finished getting building permits approved for two SFRs. The entitlement process took three years. I’m also moving to OC, so I’ve decided not to move forward with construction myself.
The project is shovel-ready, and I already have two contractor bids. It’s a solid location in a very desirable part of the Hills.
