Looking for a Real Estate Mentor – Ready to Work and Learn

Hi everyone,

I’m going to shoot my shot because “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

Currently seeking advice: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’ve been excited about all aspects of real estate for a long time, but I know I’m missing certain pieces of the puzzle.

As a successful fitness coach and business owner, I’m fully aware that learning from someone who excels in their field is far better than trying to go it alone. I work hard, I’m smart, and I’m willing to put in the work. I’d even be open to trading my coaching services in exchange for mentorship.

My background in fitness is grounded in discipline and hard work. I have the mental and physical fortitude to see things through. I just need guidance.

Similar to the fitness world, there’s a mountain of information out there, and for me it’s important to learn from someone who has truly walked the walk.

I’m based in Texas if anyone local is open to connecting. My current interests include creative financing, wholesaling, multifamily, and RV parks.

I will do the work to learn from the best.

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
