Architectural Designer Looking to Connect with Investors
Hello everyone,
I’m an architectural designer and recently started Studio Kame House, a small design studio working across architecture, interiors, and furniture.
I joined BiggerPockets because I’m interested in connecting with investors and house flippers who want thoughtful design without blowing up their renovation budgets. Good design can often increase property value while keeping construction relatively straightforward.
Although I’m based in Michigan, I recently completed a residential renovation in North Carolina. I wrote about the design process and some lessons from the project here if anyone is curious.
