Too many deals fail because of poor execution not bad numbers. We provide investor focused project management that protects your capital, keeps rehabs on schedule, and meets lender requirements.Whether you’re new or scaling, we manage your project like it’s our own.

DM or schedule a call to discuss your next deal.

Welcome! I haven't seen you post before on the forums. I'd encourage you to go to some real estate meetups here locally. There is plenty of demand for your services!

Hey There @John Sydney!  Awesome to have you aiding investors with your project management services here in Chicago.

I'd love to link up to hear more about your process.  We are a local general contractor. It's a very challenging space, so I am sure there is a ton we have in common, and I am sure you can teach me a thing or two based on your experience.
