Looking for an experienced local Airbnb / STR co-host to help manage a private basement apartment in my owner-occupied home in NE Seattle (98115).

Property highlights

• Private 1bd 1ba basement apartment, ~900 sq ft

• Fully renovated in 2022

• Basic kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer

• Private patio with backyard access

• Successfully operated as a mid-term rental for travel nurses for 2 years

• Near UW and University Village

• Seattle STR license in progress

Looking for help with

• Listing setup and pricing optimisation

• Guest messaging and issue resolution

• Cleaning coordination and turnovers

• Light supply restocking

• Recommendations on towels, linens, furniture and small upgrades to make the unit especially comfortable for guests

• Familiarity with Seattle STR compliance

Requirements

• Must be Seattle-based and able to handle issues in person if needed, especially Summer 2026

• Must use a professional STR management system such as Hospitable, Breezeway, Guesty or similar

• Superhost or strong local experience preferred

Open to percentage of revenue or monthly fee.
