Finance Student → Future Multifamily| Looking for Mentors & Internship

My name is Christos. I'm a Banking & Finance student with one clear goal: build a US-focused buy-and-hold multifamily real estate firm targeting Class A/B properties in landlord friendly secondary and tertiary markets.
I'm graduating SOON and planning to move to the US shortly after to start executing. I've been studying deal structures, underwriting fundamentals and market dynamics but I know that knowledge without relationships is nothing in this business.
Looking to connect with:
- Operators and syndicators who are actually in the trenches
- Anyone willing to take on a motivated finance student for an internship or shadowing opportunity. I'm available this summer and willing to work hard for the experience
- Mentors willing to share hard-won lessons
I don't have capital yet, only intense drive and a genuine hunger to learn, a finance background and a long-term mindset. Happy to bring value however I can in exchange for guidance.
