Looking For Private Money Lender And Advice
I'm very interested in mobile home fixing and flipping. I'm and HVAC technician by trade and I'm very handy when it comes to almost anything. In 2021 I sublet apartments in Austin and made a respectable amount of money from it. It taught me that I don't want to be a landlord. I don't have the capital to jump into a 300k+ house. So I've been hearing about mobile home fix and flips as a great way to get my foot in the door. I currently have $5,000 in expendable cash, and I'm looking for a partner to help me double this or more to get my first few deals in. Preferably someone who has experience in mobile home flipping so we can both be assured to make profits. I would be doing all or 90% of the work myself as I have the tools, the assets, the skills, and the determination to make it happen within 1-3 months after purchase (or less depending on the deal).
