Hi all. I'm new to real estate. I have learnt about the BRRRR method. I have been looking for properties in Cleveland, OH. I would need guidance and mentorship to secure my first few properties. Please let me know if you would be willing to help out.
Hey Benjamin, I've helped a ton of investors get into successful BRRRRs in Cleveland & have done a handful myself. Would be glad to point you in the right direction.

Hey @Nicholas L., welcome to the BP Forum! Which property types interest you most, SFR, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF? What is your price range/down payment amount? How much rehab are you willing to take on (i.e., cosmetic, medium, heavy, gut)? Is there a certain area of Cleveland you're targeting?
I am on the finance side of things and would be happy to walk you through potential financing options. Things can get pretty creative depending on what you are trying to do. Happy to chat anytime.

You鈥檙e looking at a solid market, the area can be great for BRRRR if you buy right. The biggest thing early on is not just finding properties, but learning how to evaluate neighborhoods, rehab scope, rent comps, and refinance potential before you ever close. A lot of new investors rush into the first deal, but the right guidance can save you from expensive mistakes. If you stay patient and focus on buying with enough margin, the area can absolutely be a strong place to build your first few BRRRRs.
My name is Nicole Griffin, I'm with Griffin Funding Solutions. Reach out if you need any information on funding, I can run some numbers on your BRRR deals.

That's awesome man. Cleveland is a good market to do easy and cheaper renovations. Cashflow is very good so you can easily re-sell to homeowners and investors. I own 28 rental units in ohio. Sell a ton in Cleveland and have a lot of off-market deals. happy to connect. Happy to share my experience with you.
