Need leasing agent in Columbus, Ohio

My cousin has a property in Columbus that she wants to lease out. She manages it herself so she just needs someone to help her lease it. Unit is already turned and ready to go. Please send me referrals of someone that can lease it for her. She will take section 8 vouchers as well and wants to ensure the listing is posted for voucher holders to see as well are regular paying tenants
