Seeking private funds for Short North Flip in Columbus, Oh!
My business partner and I just got a property under contract in a very desirable neighborhood in Columbus, OH!
We have typically used our own money but we currently have 4 properties in contract, 1 of which is a buy and hold and we are looking for funding for this one in particular.
We already have our contractors quote (this will be his 4th rehab with us) and we are ready to go. We close in 2-3 weeks and are looking for private funds to use.
Here are the numbers for this particular deal:
ARV: $200,000
Purchase: $116,000
Rehab: $30,000
Buying & Holding Costs:$8,000
Money borrowed: $154,000
