General Contractor needed in Fulton County GA area

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a reliable general contractor in the Fulton County / North Atlanta area for a cosmetic renovation project.

Scope of work includes:

• Flooring replacement (likely LVP/hardwood)
• Interior painting (walls, cabinets, and vanities)
• Countertop replacement
• Minor bathroom renovations (no major layout changes)

This is more of a cosmetic upgrade—not a full gut remodel, so I’m looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and clean with finishes
• Communicates well and sticks to timelines
• Fairly priced (not necessarily the cheapest, but transparent and reliable)

If you’ve personally worked with someone you’d recommend (or someone to avoid), I’d really appreciate it. Photos of past work or before/after projects would be a huge plus.
