Investor expanding in the O'Fallon/Belleville, Illinois area. Looking for a go-to handyman and plumber for recurring maintenance on a growing rental portfolio. High volume of small-to-mid fixes available.

Zaim, smart move getting ahead of this early.

For rentals, having reliable contractors can make or break the portfolio once the small issues start stacking up.

We actually have active top rated contractors inside FlipLogic and are building out more investor friendly vendors by market.

Visit local Home Depot 6-8am on a Saturday.
You'll find the small, "chuck in a truck" contractors that don't advertise.
