ISO: Collaborations, Partnerships & JVs on Developments Deals

Looking for property owners & buyers for project collaborations + partnerships or joint ventures on developments deals. It can be gut renovations, modernizations, or new build. Residential (single family, multi-family, apartment building), commercial/office and/or mixed use project types. 

Licensed Architect in NY & CT, I am customarily responsible for initial due diligence, zoning and feasibility analysis, utility & site drainage coordination with Engineers, bringing design team together–MEP/FA/Struc./ID for build. Experienced in board approvals with Zoning, Planning, ARB and similar. So I am open to opportunities in NY & CT as well as PA. Open to expand licensure to other states based on project. Plus can work as a consultant on team anywhere in the northeast and east coast.
