I am looking for a HVAC professional in the area who is investor friendly. Got a retail tech yesterday and he was hell bent on getting vents cleaned before he does anything and eventually he left and stopped answering phone.

We need someone to replace thermostat and certify that system is working. Carnegie, PA market.
