Can anyone recommend an attorney or title company that closes Sub2 transactions in Mississippi. Jackson, or Vicksburg particularly if possible but any were that closes in Mississippi would work..
I don't know if they can help set up sub2 transactions, but I used Charles Barbour from Underwood (https://underwoodlawfirm.com/) for a foreclosure in Jackson and they were good.
