Hi, good afternoon. I own a small SFR in the Kansas City MO area which needs some rehab and am looking for someone who can do it. If there is someone out there with experience in small/medium rehabs I will appreciate your contacting me to give you further details.

    Hey we run a system that pulls distressed properties in KC before they list, and we're always looking for solid rehab contractors and operators to partner with. Not active in KC right now, but curious what you're working on are you looking to wholesale that SFR or hold it?
