I Need a Long Term Buy and Hold Investor

Hi, I'm a real estate agent in Texas and I have a client that is ready to sell their investment property. I would purchase this myself but I am in the middle of another deal. The property has 2 living spaces on it. One is currently leased for $1,400/month, the other is vacant and recently renovated. The previous tenant paid $2,000/month. Please contact me or message me.
