Seeking a lender for a custom short-term rental cabin in New Marlborough, Massachusetts.

  • Loan request: Approximately $350,000
  • Over $100,000 already invested in the project
  • Land owned
  • Permits and approvals in place
  • Coventry Log Homes package under contract
  • 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin designed for the Berkshire vacation rental market
  • Exit strategy through refinance upon completion

This is a well-prepared project with a professional investment memorandum, construction plans, site approvals, budget, and market research available upon request.

    Sounds like a well-prepared project. Having the permits, plans, budget, and exit strategy already in place should make lender conversations much easier.
