I am looking for a a buy n hold buyer for a 3br 2ba condo on Manazinta ave in Carmichael. Purchase price is 230k with 40k down to get seller financing at 5.5% interest rate for five years. There has been a long term tenant in the condo for 14 years only paying 1400 per month. That rental amount is way below market. The condo is outdated since it has been the same tenant for that many years. I found a closed comp at 270k.
