Hey Chaim — saw your post about the porch foundation issue in Dayton. I don’t want to throw you a random contractor name I can’t personally vouch for, but I work pretty deeply around real estate and deal analysis and I’m happy to help you think through it.
With porch issues, I’d want to know whether you’re dealing with settling/piers/footings, masonry failure, or something structural before choosing the contractor, because those can lead you to very different people and very different bids.
