Hey everyone, Daniel here!

I'm scaling my fix-and-flip business in the Indianapolis area and looking to connect with active wholesalers and agents.

We use hard money, move fast, and aren't afraid of properties that need serious TLC. If you're looking to expand your network with a serious player who actually knows construction and closes fast, send me a DM. Let's build a mutually beneficial relationship!

@Daniel Sevastyanov, sounds like you’re building exactly the kind of network that makes the Indianapolis investor market work.

We work with investors on the financing side, including fix-and-flip and bridge financing, and understand the importance of moving quickly when the right opportunity comes along—especially with properties requiring significant rehab.

If you’re looking for a lending partner who understands investor deals and can help you structure financing around the numbers, I’d be happy to connect. Let’s see if we can be a resource for your next project.

I run an automated deal-sourcing system that pulls distressed properties from probate, foreclosure, tax-delinquent, and code-violation records before they hit the MLS currently live in San Diego, Fresno, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Albuquerque. The system feeds off-market leads directly to investors and wholesalers looking to build pipeline in those markets. If you're looking to connect with deal sources or contractors in any of those regions, happy to share what we're finding.
