Hard money lender partner for lands and mobile homes

We sell lands and used mobile homes. We often get requests to do owner financing, we would rather partner with a hard money lender that we can recommend to our potential buyers. Do you have recommendations of hard money lenders for lands in Florida? Thanks in advance.

There are DSCR lenders for mobile homes, however I have not found any hard money lenders yet.

Thanks for the answer. Most of our buyers are looking at them for primary residence or resell after they renovate them, so that would, sadly, not work.

We run an automated system that pulls distressed mobile home parks, land parcels, and owner-financed deals from probate, foreclosure, and code violation records before they hit the MLS works well for identifying portfolio opportunities and off-market seller leads. Since you're already moving volume in mobile and land, this could surface deals you can either flip or hold for owner financing without waiting for the MLS cycle. The system flags properties with equity gaps that hard money lenders typically want to fund. Happy to share what we're tracking in Mobile if useful for your sourcing.

Hi Julie, I work on investor financing (DSCR, cash-out refi, fix and flip, portfolio, and private/bridge options). Land and manufactured deals are a narrower lane but there are options depending on the setup. Happy to talk through it. Feel free to message me or send a connection request and we can go from there. - Rushi
