Hello, my name is Bernabel and I am a new investor in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area. I am looking for an investor-friendly real estate agent who understands the needs of investors and can help me grow and find the best opportunities in the market so that we can achieve success together.

Welcome to investing, Bernabel! If you’re open to looking outside Scranton, I’d also keep the Midwest on your radar. Ohio has investor-friendly markets with solid cash flow and more affordable entry points, and the right local team can make a big difference as you grow.

We run an automated system that pulls distressed properties from probate filings, foreclosure notices, tax-delinquent lists, and code violations basically deals before they hit the MLS. Right now we're focused on San Diego, Fresno, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Albuquerque, but I'm always tracking what's moving in new markets like Scranton. If you're looking to build a pipeline of off-market leads in Pennsylvania, happy to share what we're finding and how the sourcing works.
