Looking for Contractor & Service Provider Referrals in Cleveland

Member since 2025 · 3 posts · 2 votes

Hello everyone,

My name is Samuel, and I’m an investor just getting started in Cleveland. I currently have some work that needs to be done and I’m looking to build a network of reliable local contractors and service providers.

If you have any contractors, handymen, plumbers, electricians, or other service providers you’ve had a good experience working with, I’d really appreciate any referrals.

Please feel free to comment or send me a message with their information.

Thank you!

We run an automated system that pulls distressed properties from probate, foreclosure, and code-violation records in Cleveland before they hit the MLS gives investors first look at deals that need work. Since you mentioned having rehab work lined up, those off-market leads can move faster and cleaner than traditional listings. Happy to share what we're currently tracking in Cleveland if that's useful for your pipeline.

Hey Samuel, welcome to Cleveland! I work with investors in the area and have a solid network of local contractors, handymen, PMs, lenders, and other service providers I can point you toward. I also work with out-of-state investors looking to get into the Midwest, so having reliable boots-on-the-ground people is a big part of what we do. Happy to connect and share a few contacts that could be useful.
