Out-of-state investor looking for a reliable Houston / Harris County contractor or estimator who can walk properties with my local agent and send a video walkthrough.

Need someone who can:

• Meet my agent at showings

• Record a video walkthrough (phone is fine) covering major issues: foundation, roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drainage/flood, obvious deferred maintenance

• Give a realistic repair range or simple line-item scope

• Send photos + short notes after the walk

I’m looking at a few properties now and this could turn into ongoing work if deals close. Happy to pay for the walk/video if we’re doing more than 1–2 houses. looking to do around 12-15 properties this upcoming year.
