I may be able to point you toward a few people for the painting, exterior repairs and patio work. Are you looking for one contractor to coordinate everything, or are you comfortable working with separate trades?
Thanks Jon. I found someone and am in the final stages of the contract. But if you have someone for patio work, I would like to get one additional bid for that. Work is removing deck and stairs, installing a patio and concrete stairs.
