Looking for passive investors for buying RETAIL properties
I wanted to get a feel for what investors on here that are high net worth want for a return for passively investing annually.
I have a net work already but always looking for more contacts.
Minimum investment would be six figures.
Some investors want to control on each individual deal. Other investors don't mind investing in a fund. Once you hit certain deal flow the fund makes more sense. When you have to do one off single syndications from the syndicator perspective etc. you do not need to re-invent the wheel every time.
I personally like the idea of a fund when I see a deal I can deploy fast to land the property. A single syndicate is a hard sale for a seller because many things can go wrong versus a buyer saying the funds are there and ready to deploy.
