I've got a friend overseas looking for rentals in Nashville, any wholesalers out there have a buyers list I can get on? Prob just looking to buy 1-2 a year or so...
My email is [email protected] shoot me over what you've got. Its a new market for me, so I wont be coming in with any kind of volume- I'm just helping a buddy (and private lender of mine) on his purchase(s), but would love to see what you've got.
