Seeking partner for Kansas City rehab

Need a partner on my first rehab. I have an HML lined up but am short on cash to complete the deal. ARV is $140,000, property needs about $70,000 in rehab and I'm getting it for $13,500. I'd like to have something lined up by next week as the seller is a little anxious to get this property off her hands. Contact me for more info if you're interested!

That's a huge rehab for your first project. Have you thought about just selling it to another investor for ~$18,500? Just my 2 cents.

    If you haven't done so already, fill out the BP deal analyzer named "House Flipping Calculator" and send it to me.  I am would like to take a look at it and see where the $70K is at.
