Lived in the KC area my entire life. Married for 18 years with 6 kids. Work as an IT systems engineer for a major KC corporation. Experience: Worked for 10 years in the title insurance industry. Got into IT in 2008 when the bubble burst. Real Estate Goals: To provide additional income for my family so I can: (1) pay off my remaining debt, (2) pay for kids' college, (3) finally get a place in the country, and (4) build a retirement nest-egg. Currently Seeking: Getting started wholesaling. Once I've built up some cash reserves I'll likely move into buy-rehab-rent.
