Hi BP,
I got a lead the other day in New Braunfels, Texas and was wondering if anyone was active in that local market. Its between San Antonio and Austin (closer to San Antonio) and the seller is motivated (or atleast she seems to be). I'm having a little difficulty finding comps/running numbers so I MIGHT end up throwing the lead to somebody local and getting a birddog fee, however I'm primarily a wholesaler so not exactly sure just yet. Please message me if interested for details.
I'm actually from New Braunfels so perhaps I can help. I normally concentrate my efforts pretty much from New Braunfels south to San Antonio, but it's been such a difficult market there lately that I haven't really bothered wasting much of my time on it. Lots of new construction and a "revitalized" downtown area that is way over priced, so like with any place, it really depends on where the property's located.
