Just bought number 14! $134,000 with 10k or so in work needed. Should rent for $1,500 and ARV is $175ish.

     Congrats James!  Nice play on words. The reason I made the name with the number four was the idea of getting more than four mortgage .

    Because 4 mortgages was the prior limit for FHA Loans, right? My lender will do 10 now, so that's a great change!

    And many banks still won't give more the four loans.

    I know have a lender in CA that will lend even if someone has 10 or more financed properties or even if the person's debt to income ratio is too high. They will look at the cash flow of the property to qualify the person for the loan.

     There are quite a few lenders out there who will lend on more than 4 or 10. The trick is finding them.
