Here are the guidelines folks:

-640 Minimum Fico

-Loans up to $417,000

-Additional 2% of grant to cover some closing costs

-Only 1/2% Down required.  

Scenario:  $300k property would only require a down payment of $1,500 (1/2%). 

-Must be owner occupied.

-Borrower cannot make over $80k in most counties 

-Does not matter if it is a first time home buyer or not.   

Great program for those on the fence of owning or renting. Rates are very good on this program (normal FHA rates).
