Looking for investor friendly agent in West Tampa

I'm thinking about selling a rental property in West Tampa and I'm looking for an investor friendly agent.  If you have any agent recommendations or are interested in acquiring a Tampa rental property, please contact me. 

If I end up disposing of my Tampa rental property, I intend to replace with a rental property in Jacksonville, Detroit, or Grand Rapids.  Please contact me if you are an agent or investor in any of these areas.
