I am an investor with cash buyers who have STRONG interest in purchasing SFR's in the following suburbs: Sauk Village, Park Forest, Chicago Heights, South Holland, Country Club Hills. Please understand we need these properties at no more than 65% of ARV, INCLUDING REPAIRS. As long as they meet our criteria (at least 3 BR, 1 BTH, basements and between 1000-2000 square feet), we will buy all the properties you have. No MLS, please. We buy in A, B, or C areas only.
