We are currently looking for energetic, self-motivated and creative National VIRTUAL Commercial Real Estate Bird Dog to join our expanding real estate operations.

This is a performance based position. You control your earnings. Your earnings have no ceiling! Its purely based on referral fee per property you are able to source for us and we (and/or our partners) to close on.

We have amazing system and resources that will enhance your success with this position if you are the right fit. All you need is your computer, internet connection and a passion to succeed - we will get you the rest.

Compensation

Compensation is from $500 to $10,000 per property we close on or our partners close on. This is strictly commission based only. Payment is via the escrow. The commission earned per property depends on asking price of the property. We have the schedule in place.

• Experience: You must have at least 1 year experience in real estate. Experience in commercial real estate is a must. Licensed agents are also welcome to apply.
• Skills: ==>>> 
  • You must have great communication skill on Phone & Email 
  • You must be teachable, great team player, self motivated and self starter 
  • Must be focused, organised, resourceful and a great learner 
  • You must be very knowledgeable in real estate - residential and commercial at least at the high level 
  • You must be Honest, Transparent and dependable 
  • Sales/Marketing is not a must but will be a great bonus
