I was the winning bidder at an auction and I am looking for an end-buyer for $810k or I would like to do a JV with a partner. This is a beautiful home in the gated Whitewing community in Gilbert, with 5563 sqft and 23501 sqft lot, 5-car garage, Casita, gorgeous pool with waterfall and diving board, wine cave and butler's pantry.
