I have a client with 13 SFR's located in SW Atlanta 30310. Some are Section 8 and some are traditional tenants. Total monthly rent roll is $10,360. $845,000 for portfolio or $65,000 each property.

Hello Pamela,
I am very interested in your properties. I would be buying individually so of course I understand should someone make an offer on the lot that would supersede any agreement on our end.
Would it be possible to have a list of the addresses?
Please also keep me any mind for any future deals in Atlanta or metro-Atlanta either fix/flip or buy/hold.
