Absolute fastest way to find a cash buyer?

I've got a house in Fairview Heights, Illinois under contract, and the inspection period is drawing to a close. My buyer flaked on me at the last minute. It's at a great price (appraised FMV is 67k, I'm selling it for 28k (including assignment fee), but I need a buyer now.
