In need of a bank that will provide a HELOC. I'm in the Portland Oregon area. I own a duplex with over 20% equity and would like to get some cash out for down payment for future fix and flips. Anyone know a bank that will do this? I need some recommendations! Thanks all in advance.
I spent some time in Portland looking for the right bank that would help with a HELOC. Because my current residence is on private contract it proved a little difficult at first. Washington Mutual was a good contact, but I ultimately used Key Bank. You will likely have the best results working with the institution that you do your personal or business banking at. Give them a visit.
