Looking for wholesale deals to fix-n-flip with purchase price of 200k-1m. Primarily looking in Michigan, S Florida, Denver CO, SoCal, Philly, DC area. I able to close on anything that is actually a deal.
Send me subject property with 3+ comps and all the info you have on the comps including pictures, DOM and proof you have the property under contract.
