I am a wholesaler looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in the Maryland/DC area who could run comparative analysis within 24-48 hrs of me providing an address.   My main focus area is PG county, but I've done a couple of deals in DC, and may look to move into Baltimore city and county.  If interested, please feel free to reach out to me.
