Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent Needed: MD (PG & Bmore) & DC

I am a wholesaler looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in the Maryland/DC area who could run comparative analysis within 24-48 hrs of me providing an address.   My main focus area is PG county, but I've done a couple of deals in DC, and may look to move into Baltimore city and county.  If interested, please feel free to reach out to me.

    I could suggest some agents such as @Marc M., @Christina R., @Gabriel G.,....but I think you would need to pay them for running the comps. I get calls from wholesalers about 3 times week asking me to run comps for them, and I tell them sure, it will cost X. None of them take me up on the offer. Im really not sure why someone would unless they were either being paid to, or had a relationship with the person.
