Hello,
I have over 1500 properties that we are liquidating Nationwide. We have properties in Alabama (Albertville,Bessemer, Birmingham, Mobile and Tuscaloosa), Arkansas (Jonesboro and Little Rock)
Georiga (Augusta, Macon, Griffin and Hampton) Florida (North and South) Michigan (Detriot, Kalamazoo and Lansing) Missouri ( Kansas City and Saint Louis) Ohio (Cleveland and Toledo)
We also have Chicago and the the suburbs of most states. You must be a proven investor. We can provide you with address and lockbox codes to each property. Must be able to close in 5 days or less, these are deeply discounted properties.
Although I find that generally it's only the worst of the worst left on a list once it gets this size, I would be happy to see if you have anything in the Little Rock area that we might want to make an offer on. Feel free to inbox me.
Hello for those interested in looking at the list, you need to be principal buyers. I have received my own list back. Please also include your email address. These are C and D properties in most cases and the properties do need to be rehabbed or updated. I have over 900 properties so it would be impossible to know the disposition of the properties, you would need to do your own due diligence. If you can not close in less then 5 days it's no need for me to send the list.
