    @Ola Dantis - Yes we can do lend in Maryland, 1-4 units only for now. 

    @Suzanne Mark - FL works for us, shoot me a direct dm for quicker response. Only restriction is you must close in an LLC.

    @Hem Kumar - My apologies, we've been having some issues with one of our VA's. I had to reassign some tasks and change our scheduling service. Please shoot me a direct email for quickest response. As of right now, we do not lend in NY.

    @Ehab Tadrous - Yes we can do Virginia.

    Do you do non recourse loans for Self Directed IRA investors? We purchase many rental properties with cash for a fast close and then refinance them. What is you loan to value percentage?
