Looking for cash buyers

Hello,

I currently have several REO"s. I"m only looking for principal buyers, I"m looking for cash buyers of b-d properties in the following areas:

  • Jacksonville, FL
  • Ocala, FL
  • Dixon and Ft. Dodge IA
  • Chicago c-d properties 
  • Indiana 
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky (Louisville)
  • Baltimore MD
  • Michigan B-D properties
  • Saint Louis MO
  • Bessmer, Birmingham and Anniston AL B-D properties
  • Mississippi
  • North and South Carolina
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • TN
  • VA

I will only deal with principals. I have closed deals with fellow biggerpocket.

    @Robert Rayford I have more than 35 properties in Jacksonville, Fl. They all need rehab, and they are b-c type of properties.
