Looking for long term private money for Decatur, GA property
I have a great unit for sale in the Oakhurst neighborhood in Decatur, GA. Click here for details. This great neighborhood with outstanding schools has rapidly increasing prices, but we've had to turn away several buyers because we can't find a lender with experience doing co-ops licensed in Georgia.
