Hey guys I don't want to rain on a parade just trying to get info.
How can you confirm these deals are 'real' without offending anyone involved? Every time I've spoken with someone trying to make sure the point of contact has actual control (assignment, marketing agreement etc) they get offended.
@Devon Garbus, let them get offended. If they're legit they won't have a problem sharing basic information after you sign an NDA. Generally, don't get your hopes up on deals advertised here on the forums. Most real deals will be found via relationships with the actual broker. You might get lucky here so if you have time, go for it.
